David leads Morningforce Business Advisory’s accounting, taxation, ASIC compliance and business advisory operations.
Since 2013, he has held senior responsibility for client advisory, technical review, tax compliance, financial reporting, team supervision, quality control and regulatory compliance. He also serves as Chief Accountant of DZ Partners Pty Ltd and Senior Partner of LGY Accountants Pty Ltd.
His qualifications include a Master of Professional Accounting from RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Management and a Bachelor of Economics.

Mr Zhang has lived in Melbourne, Australia since 2007 and has always enjoyed the city and the Australian way of life. Outside work, he enjoys travelling and has visited more than 30 countries and regions. He also enjoys reading—including Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Les Misérables and The New York Times—as well as tennis, soccer and cycling.
